Dr. WALID ATTIA
Dr. Walid Attia has 25 years of experience in health care and has specialized in Neurosurgery and Spine Surgery. Dr. Walid has devoted 15 years of this experience to spine surgeries with various interventions, starting from minimally invasive surgeries to relapse surgeries and tumor surgeries. Dr. Walid Attia has trained and practiced this medical skill in Japan, the United States of America, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
Types of operations performed by Dr. Attia :
1- Disc or herniated disc.
2- Narrowing of the spinal canal.
3- Degeneration of the disc and vertebrae and slippage of the vertebrae.
4- Vertebral fractures.
5- Curvature of the spine.
6- Spinal tumors.
7- Degeneration of spinal cord tumors.
8- Inflammation of the vertebrae and cartilage.
9- Implanting artificial discs after removing a herniated cervical disc.
10- Fixing and merging the vertebrae
Clinical competencies:
-Dr. Walid Attia has performed more than 3,500 neurosurgery and spine surgeries during his surgical practice as a primary surgeon over the past 15 years. He devoted 98% of his practice to spine surgery.
-He performed more than 500 minimally invasive microsurgical surgeries on the spine.
-Performing more than 850 spine surgeries with the help of Surgery Navigation Assisted Spine.
-Performing more than 400 complicated spinal surgeries (Complex / Revision Spine Surgery).
-Performing more than 350 surgeries for tumors in the spine, including those in the bones and some in the nerves.
